Sancturary
[4,500 square feet, with 200 seating capacity] Renter is allowed to have access to the sanctuary, parking lot, furniture, lights and restrooms (toiletries are include). This does not include usage of sound equipment, fellowship hall, kitchen, classroom or LED Wall.
Fellowship Hall
[935 square feet, with 57 seating capacity] – Renter is allowed access to the fellowship hall located south of the sanctuary. Renter is also allowed to use tables and chair in the fellowship hall. Renter may also move chair and tables around as needed but must return all items back to their original location at the end of their event. Renter is allowed access to the restrooms. Renter is allowed to use the kitchen for an additional fee.
Classrooms
[300 square feet, with 20 seating capacity] – When renting the sanctuary, Renter is allowed
to use both classrooms for an additional fee. (Classrooms are located on the west side of the main sanctuary wall) Renter is
also allowed to use tables and chair in the classrooms. Renter may also move chair and tables around as needed but must return all
items back to their original location at the end of their event.
LED Wall
When renting the sanctuary, Renter is allowed to use the 13 feet x 9 feet LED Wall for an additional fee. Tech support can be provided upon the Renter’s request.
Sound System
When renting the sanctuary, Renter is allowed to bring his/her own sound system or musical equipment but must remove it from the facility at the end of each event. Renter may use Owner’s sound equipment at an additional fee. Tech support can be provided upon the Renter’s request.
